The Rector of the Polytechnic of Turin awarded Amilcare Merlo the Honorary Degree in Mechanical Engineering “for his exceptional technical skills which led him to develop many innovative mechanical engineering projects and for the entrepreneurial spirit he had in establishing and managing an international company with an important economic and social impact in the territory in which it is rooted”.
