Beyond the ford
The Fire Brigade have completed the tests for the qualification of the CFRM off-road track.
One of the latest checks concerned the practicability and effectiveness of the ford track to which a special area of the CFRM is dedicated.
With a wading depth up to 1 meter and twenty, it is characterized by a ground that alternates high viscosity muddy areas with compact alluvial stony ones.
It is particularly demanding for drivers who must be able to clear the vehicle on the path with greater compactness, avoiding losing grip on muddy surfaces.
