At the CFRM theoretical and practical lessons for students
In this first half of 2018 CFRM has carried out innumerable activities in synergy with the schools and hundreds of young people from institutions of all levels have approached the business world in a new and engaging way:
741 Primary and secondary school pupils were hosted in the company for guided tours to production facilities.
224 The students of Technical and Professional Institutes who have participated in training sessions of three or five days in full time. Theoretical and practical activities on countless topics, often entirely new to them, from hydraulics to steel processing, from transmission systems for self-propelled machines to applied electronics and many others.
101 Students who, with lessons divided between theory and practice and with a final driving verification have obtained the certificate of graduation for operating agricultural tractors, forklifts and telescopic handlers.
49 Young people who took part in internships organised at the Cuneo headquarter and at the foreign branches of the Merlo Group.
12 Engineers enrolled in the PhD program for the development of new technologies organised in collaboration with the Politecnico of Turin.
For the CFRM, training is increasingly becoming a real mission and the approval expressed by the students, their families and, above all, by their teachers is a source of pride.
For the Merlo Group this is a great investment but it is certainly a fair initiative that contributes to reducing the distances between the School and the Business World.
